BA Family Farms is a small, family-run farm rooted in Warren County, Iowa, where we are committed to producing high-quality, farm-crafted goods while caring for the land that sustains us.

Our journey began in 2022 with our first flock of pasture-raised whole meat chickens. What started as a simple goal, to raise our own food with intention and transparency, quickly grew into something more. As we learned, adapted, and connected with our community, we expanded the farm to include honeybees the following year, bringing local raw honey into our offerings.

From there, BA Family Farms continued to grow into what it is today, a diverse, hands-on operation producing pasture-raised whole meat birds, raw honey, homemade jams and jellies, fresh baked scones, jalapeño salt, and thoughtfully curated gift sets. Every product we offer reflects our commitment to quality, creativity, and making the most of what we grow and produce.

At the heart of everything we do is a dedication to regenerative agriculture. We believe farming should work with nature, not against it. That means prioritizing soil health, rotating our animals on pasture, supporting pollinators, and making decisions that improve the land for future generations. Our animals are raised with care, our practices are intentional, and our goal is always to leave things better than we found them.
